| A small circular decal that contains the "star of life" (EMS symbol) and the letter "i", the universal symbol for information. This decal is located strategically on all our products to alert emergency personel to the fact that an Emergency Data Carrier is present. The decal functions as an identifier for EMS (Emergency Medical Services). |
On all helmet systems the carrier consists of a heavy-duty vinyl envelope, affixed with an acrylic water and temperature resistant tape. On our other systems, the carrier consists of a strategically positioned pouch. This ensures that the Data Form is stored securely and maintains functionality at environmental extremes. |
The Emergency Data/ID form is stored in the vinyl envelope or the pouch, depending on the application.Space is provided for all pertinent Data to be included, items such as: Personal details, medical and insurance membership, next of kin, medical history and most importantly, signature for consent to treat. The material is waterproof, tear-proof and pretty much 'anything-proof' yet the data is printed simply with a pencil. This allows for data changes to be completed quickly and easily. |

The most important component ensuring success, full rollout and implementation of these systems is the continuous sensitizing and awareness by EMS of the EDCS logo and applications worldwide . Therefore it is the intent and in fact our company vision and mission statement to continuously and vigorously embark on campaigns to sensitize EMS and the community at large to the EDCS applications and LOGO so as to set this as the worldwide standard in the industry.

We are actively involved in charitable events within the community and market our products through Clubs and other 'non-profit' organizations thereby assisting them in the funding of worthwhile causes. We also strive to make use of the disadvantaged and handicapped community as part of our supply chain network.
