The motorcycle helmet Emergency Data Carrier System was developed to meet the needs of all motor-sports enthusiasts utilizing protective headgear. The carrier is located universally on the right rear or front of the motorcycle helmet. It is protected, yet quite visible, and readily available. Directions on the carrier inform non-medical bystanders NOT to remove the helmet!

Inside the carrier is the location of the medical data form. Your information is simply printed on that form using a pencil. The data becomes permanent and waterproof, and the form is impossible to tear.

Emergency Data Carrier System (EDCS) is an Emergengy Information decal system for use with safety headgear or helmets. In the event of an emergency, EDCS can provide life-saving Information about the wearer's identity and medical history.

	1. Using a pencil, print all pertinent information on the waterproof, durable Emergency data/ID form. Use an eraser to correct errors and update data.	2.Fold Data Form in half, then into thirds.



	3.Slide the Data Form into the black EDCS carrier. Fold the tab inside the carrier to secure the Data Form.	4.Clean helmet surface, then peel off the backing from the carrier and attach it to the left rear side of your helmet. Attach to firm, clean, dry and flat area.

	5. Remove the backing from the EDCS reflective decal. Apply it to a flat area on the outside right rear, front or top of your helmet.
